This is our 22nd year to walk for DARIN PATRICK DELGADO and support the March of Dimes. There is no foot too small that cannot leave an imprint on this world. On April 25, 2002, my Aunt and Uncle (Valarie & Frankie Delgado) lost their son to a fatal birth defect.
At 22 years old myself, I have attended the March for Babies before I could walk myself for my little cousin Darin. He would have been 10 months younger than me and the closest to me in age in the family, and I have always considered him the brother I never had. He would be 22 years old now and most likely finishing college like I had the opportunity to this last year.
Our family and friends walk and raise money for Darin and all the other babies that need us. We are proud to be the longest active Family Team participating in the Dallas walk and one of the highest fundraising family teams. Thank you for your continued support for our family team.
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
