He was born at just 23 weeks, and our world quickly became the NICU. We spent 129 long days navigating the ups and downs of extreme prematurity—celebrating tiny victories, facing scary setbacks, and learning just how strong such a small baby could be.
Our journey is just one of many, and it opened my eyes to how much support, research, and advocacy families like ours truly need.
With preterm birth and maternal health risks continuing to rise, I’m committed to helping create change so that every baby—no matter how early—and every mom gets the care and support they deserve from the very beginning.
