Randi supports March for Babies

Hello NICU nurse here as well as a preemie mama 💜 I march to help all infants whether they are premature, went through a traumatic birth or face a birth defect as well as their families who are highly affected too! No one talks about the trauma of a NICU stay until they have to go through it. But birth is not always sunshine & rainbows. It can be hard, scary and sometimes sad.

My son was preterm and also faced a scary delivery 16 years ago and was rushed to the NICU. I wasn’t a nurse at the time and didn’t even think about this being a possibility. I’m so grateful that he’s safe & healthy now thanks to the fast acting doctors and nurses who cared for us both. When I went back to school for nursing, I knew the one unit I belonged in and that was the NICU. Now 10years later, I still absolutely love my job and am blessed to be able to say that. I’m grateful to all the families that put their trust in me to care for their baby/babies. Every single one has a place in my heart.

Please help us March for Babies and donate if able. Every penny counts to help but prayers are just as amazing too 💜🤍💜🤍

When it comes to giving families the best possible start, we all have the power to help.

March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.

March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.

Thank you for your support!
