My niece, Norah Piper Nix, was born at 31 weeks, weighting just over 3 pounds. I saw the struggle first hand for both Norah and her mom, my sister. She is now 6 months old and doing very well! This cause is close to the heart of my own family. I know that some families are not so lucky.
I will be walking in honor of Norah “Birdie” Nix, and in loving memory of Kennedy Rose Dziuban, my friend and co-worker's granddaughter. Please consider donating.
