*The US continues to be one of the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, particularly for Black and Native American women and babies?
*1 in 10 babies is the US is born pre-term (a rate that has risen over the past 5 years)?
*Infant and maternal mortality in the US are at crisis levels, as they have been for years? 2 babies die every hour in the US, with pre-term birth being a leading cause, and 2 women die each and every day from pregnancy complications.
