Hello All,
Let me share my story of my reason WHY I walk. I walk for my little cousin Kayla Bryd. Kayla is a miracle baby! My cousin Shareece and her husband were told that she would not get pregnant due to her pulmonary disease. Her husband and her conceived and doctors told her it was not wise to carry the baby because her condition would decline and there could potentially be some life altering issues. Termination was suggested! They decided to have my little cousin Kayla against Dr. wishes. Shareece had Kalya with some issues. Shareece passed away while waiting for a heart and double lung transplant.
She had unconditional love for her daughter. A mothers love!
With preterm birth rates continuing to rise, the U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for women and babies of color.
At March for Babies™ you're lifting up communities, creating connections and taking action to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.
Together, we’re marching to raise funds and awareness to transform the health of all families!
