I joined the movement to create positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk.
With preterm birth and maternal death rates continuing to rise, I’m committed to raising funds so that every family gets the best possible start. But I need your help.

I'm walking in honor of my son Kennedy, who was born on November 24th, 2021. He sadly passed away 12 hours after his birth unexpectedly. I didn't realize how prevalent infant loss was until it happened to me. I know Kennedy would want me to use my voice to take a stand and make a positive change in the world. Kennedy's life showed me just how much one life can make a difference, and now I want to use my life to make a difference in memory of him and the beautiful time I got to spend with him. We also experienced a miscarriage at 6 weeks on August 8th, 2022. 

After much anxiety and anticipation and hope, we welcomed our rainbow baby, Desmond, on January 19th, 2024. It saddens us to know that Desmond will never get to experience having his big brother, but we will always make sure he knows about Kennedy. We walk to honor Kennedy and to celebrate Desmond, our 2 beautiful boys, one in the stars and one in our arms. 

I'm walking for Kennedy and our other baby we barely got to know. They deserve to be remembered, and honored, and these deaths deserve to be prevented in the future. My goal is $3,000; $1,000 for each trimester of pregnancy.
