As a postpartum nurse, I don’t just read the statistics about maternal complications and preterm birth — I meet these moms and babies every single shift.
I see the fear in parents’ eyes when their baby comes too early. I care for mothers whose recoveries are far more complicated than they ever imagined. I witness the strength, the heartbreak, and the resilience that numbers on a page could never fully capture.
That’s why I’m joining March for Babies.
Because this isn’t abstract to me. This is personal. This is the work I do. These are the families I care for.
I’m walking to support research, education, and advocacy that directly impacts the very patients I serve — especially those at greatest risk who deserve better outcomes, better access, and a better start.
If you’re able, I would be so grateful for your support. Every donation helps move us closer to a future where every mom and baby has the healthiest possible beginning.
Join me in making that future possible.
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
