I’m participating in March for Babies to support families who have experienced unimaginable loss and to help create a healthier future for moms and babies everywhere.
This cause is personal to me. My girlfriend Paige’s parents, Karen and David, lost their baby Riley. Their family walks to honor Riley’s life and to support other families who have faced similar heartbreak. I’m walking alongside them in Riley’s memory.
I was also born three and a half months premature. I’m incredibly grateful to say I’m one of the lucky ones — I grew up to be a healthy adult because of the care and medical advancements that were available to me. Not every family gets that outcome.
With preterm birth and maternal health complications continuing to impact families across the country, research, education, and support are more important than ever. That’s why I’m raising funds to help give every baby the strongest possible start and every family the support they deserve.
