We are walking in honor of our son, Kamaki.
Before we welcomed our NICU warrior, Kaloa, we experienced the loss of Kamaki due to pre-term labor. That loss changed us forever. It’s something no family ever expects to face, and it opened our eyes to the fear, pain, and uncertainty that so many parents go through.
This walk is for Kamaki. đź’™
It’s also for every family navigating the unknown, holding onto hope, and fighting for their babies.
Because of what we’ve been through, this cause is incredibly close to my heart. I know how important research, support, and care are for moms and babies—especially when things don’t go as planned.
Our team, #kamakiForever, is walking to honor his life and to help create a future where more families get the outcomes they’re hoping for.
Our fundraising goal is $629 in honor of Kamaki’s birthday, June 29. Every donation, no matter the size, helps support programs that make a real difference for families like ours.
