As a Neonatal Nurse, caring for babies and supporting families through some of their most vulnerable moments isn’t just my job; it is my passion. In today’s healthcare environment in the United States, families are facing growing challenges, from rising preterm birth rates to concerning increases in maternal health complications. These realities make our work, and our collective action, more important than ever.
That’s why I’ve joined a movement focused on creating meaningful, lasting change for moms and babies, especially those at greatest risk. Every family deserves access to safe, equitable, and high-quality care from the very beginning.
