It’s time for the March for Babies.
This organization is very important to me and my family. As most of you know both of my daughters were born prematurely at 32 and 34 weeks and spent the first several weeks of their lives in the NICU. The more I have talked about it, the more I have encountered many other people that have experienced having premature babies or NICU stays. It goes to show that you never know what anyone else is going through and to just be kind.
My family was so lucky compared to a lot of the other families that we shared NICU spaces with. It was such a difficult time to try to experience being a parent for the first (and second time), but we only had to live that life for a fraction of the time of other families and our girls were healthy (just tiny).
We have joined the movement to create a positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk.
With preterm birth and maternal death rates continuing to rise, I’m committed to raising funds so that every family gets the best possible start. 1 in 10 babies is still born too early.
Please consider donating or joining us for the March on May 16th.
We appreciate all the support now and in the past💜💜
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
