My family and I walk in honor of our angel Andrew, our little miracle Michael, and all the babies born too soon. We spent 120 days in the NICU at Tufts Floating Hospital. It was a long, tough journey to get where we are today. We are forever grateful for what the doctors and nurses were able to do for Michael and our family. Thanks to them, we are able to watch our son grow and continue to thrive at home and at school. There will always be a special place in our hearts for all of these amazing people. Premature birth affects about 380,000 babies here in the United States each year. Without equitable access to health care, we can’t ensure healthy pregnancy outcomes for families.
