As a mom of both a preemie and a micro preemie, the mission of the March of Dimes is incredibly personal to me. Both of my babies spent the first few months of their lives growing, fighting, and being cared for in the NICU. Those days were filled with uncertainty, hope, and immense gratitude for the doctors, nurses, and research that helped give my children a strong start. My family’s story is just one of many, and it’s why supporting the March of Dimes matters so much to me. More research and advocacy are still needed to help reduce the number of premature births and to improve maternal health, including lowering the rates of maternal complications and death. Every step forward in research, care, and support gives families like mine more hope and more healthy beginnings.
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
