As preterm births and maternal complications continue to rise, I’m more determined than ever to make an impact.

Every child deserves the best possible start. Sadly, not all families have access to critical resources, and the March of Dimes works tirelessly to change that by funding research, providing education, and advancing medical care for mothers and infants.
