Kolters Promise

Preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome change lives in an instant. I know this far too well.

On January 23, 2026, I was diagnosed with HELLP syndrome and had to urgently deliver my son, Kolter Goss, at just 22 weeks and 6 days. I survived—but my sweet boy did not. Our lives were forever changed by a condition that still doesn’t get the attention or awareness it deserves.

I’m sharing our story in support of March for Babies, a cause dedicated to improving the health of moms and babies through research, education, advocacy, and support for families. Whether you choose to donate, walk, walk in honor of someone you love, or simply help spread awareness—every single act truly matters.

I walk for Kolter. I share for him. And I hope our story helps protect other families from experiencing this kind of loss.

Thank you for standing with families like ours, remembering our babies, and supporting the mission to help more moms and babies survive and thrive. 💙

When it comes to giving families the best possible start, we all have the power to help.

March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.

March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.

Thank you for your support!
