I'm walking in the March for Babies for my nephew, Isaac Francis Hernandez. He was born on September 24, 2013 at 2 pounds and 6 ounces. He spent several months in the NICU and has been through so much since then. He is 11 years old now and my superman is still fighting and defeating all odds.
