At 23 weeks pregnant, my pregnancy became high-risk and required hospitalization and bed rest. On October 8th, at just 25 weeks, I gave birth to our daughter, Alora. She was immediately admitted to the NICU, and for the next 78 days, the NICU became our world.
Preterm birth and life in the NICU is an experience we wouldn’t wish on anyone, yet so many families face it every day. That’s why we created Team Alora and are raising funds for March of Dimes to support NICU families and improve maternal and infant health.
Donations help fund local programs, educate families on reducing pregnancy risks, and provide critical resources for babies and families like ours.
We would love your support, whether by donating, sharing our story, or walking with us.
