My name is Yashmee, and I joined the March of Dimes movement to create positive changes for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk to ensure they get the care they need. I was a premature baby myself, born at 27 weeks gestation with 23 weeks of growth, weighing in at 1 lb, 4 oz. When I was born, I had to stay in the NICU for close to 4 months just to grow and develop to where I needed to be. Thanks to the incredible care I got in the neonatal intensive care unit, today I am healthy and thriving with no further health concerns or implications.
I would like to see moms and babies get the same amazing care that I got, but I need your help! Please visit my fundraising page to make a donation, and together, we can all be part of this amazing movement :)
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
