I joined the movement to create positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk. I’m currently pregnant with my first baby. I’m 24 years old and our baby is due June 23. Before becoming a mom, I didn’t realize how many families struggle to get the right healthcare or resources during pregnancy and after birth. I want to walk to spread awareness and stand up for mothers like me, especially first-time moms who are still learning and figuring things out. Being there is my way of supporting other moms and helping push for a future where every mom and every baby has the chance to be healthy and safe.
With preterm birth and maternal death rates continuing to rise, I’m committed to raising funds so that every family gets the best possible start. But I need your help.
