Premature birth affects about 450,000 babies here in the United States. This is a cause dear to me since Richard was born premature at 35 weeks. He spent time in the NICU before coming home to his family. We have always been so thankful for all of the care we received while in the NICU. Today he a happy and healthy 6 year old.
