Our twins, Landon and Carson, were born premature at 34 weeks. Thankfully, they were being cared for by the best NICU team - requiring respiratory and feeding support - but only required 2 weeks in the hospital! We were thrilled to take them home and are incredibly grateful to say they are now healthy and beautifully growing!

The Tiny Team Titans is a special group - consisting of the Pediatric Hospitalists of Nemours/Lakeland Regional, our families, and friends. Together we’ll be part of a movement to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.
