As a woman, I joined this movement because I’ve personally seen the disparities within our healthcare system. As a woman of color and a first-generation student already working in healthcare, these realities aren’t just statistics to me they’re lived experiences I witness and care deeply about.
As I pursue my path in nursing, with goals of becoming a BSN RN and serving in areas like labor and delivery, NICU, or midwifery, my heart is to be a vessel for those who need it most. I want to be part of the change helping identify and fight disparities, especially among women and babies of color, and working toward better outcomes and longer, healthier lives.
At the core of it all, we are called to love and serve others. As scripture reminds us, “We love because He first loved us.”If you feel led to give, I invite you to support this cause. Your donation helps fund vital research and care that can make a real difference for families everywhere. Thank you so much 🤍
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
