Hi, my name is Jose Perez, and I’m an amateur runner currently training for my first marathon. In 2026, I’ll be running the NYC Marathon for the first time, representing March Of Dimes—a cause that is very close to my heart.
As someone whose sibling was born prematurely, and having seen friends go through similar experiences, I understand firsthand the emotional stress and financial burden that families can face during such critical times. That’s why this run means so much to me.
March of Dimes is dedicated to improving the health of moms and babies. They fund critical research to prevent premature birth, provide education and resources for families, and advocate for policies that support maternal and infant health. They also work directly with communities to expand access to care, especially for those most at risk, helping give every baby the best possible start in life.
Knowing the impact that premature birth can have, I’m proud to support an organization that not only helps families during difficult times but is actively working to prevent these challenges in the future.
If you’re able to, I would truly appreciate your support—any donation, big or small, will make a meaningful impact and go toward helping families who need it most. Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
