I joined the movement to create positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk. As a new first-time mom to a wonderful baby boy, I understand how anxiety producing the health and safety of your baby can be. Throughout my entire pregnancy I was worried that something would happen to my baby. I cannot imagine how someone would feel if the health of their baby was in question. I thank the universe every day that I had a wonderful healthcare team that took my concerns seriously, but I also understand that not every expecting mother has access to this. This fact breaks my heart.
