We walk each year for a little boy who grew wings and left too soon. Matthew Aaron Jones came silently into the world on July 28 2012, he was 19 weeks early. He died because the cord was wrapped around his neck and there was also a knot in it. Even though nothing could have saved him there are many children who come into the world too early and have to fight for their lives.. We need more research as to why this happens and what we can do to help the babies and the mum's carrying them.
on October 15 2012 we started Mattie's memory an organization based in Milwaukee that helps families who have experienced the loss of a child during pregnancy and infancy. We provide south east Wisconsin hospitals with blankets hats nicu gowns burial gowns and bereavement support items
