Emily Reinisch

My name is Emily Reinisch, and I am the owner/founder of The Little Nesting Company! My business primarily helps parents “nest” and prep their homes for a new baby. I had the honor of helping Monica Petrone who delivered her baby boy, Scout, when she unexpectedly delivered at 33 weeks. They had an long NICU stay after he was born, and hadn't had the chance to finish prepping at home prior to delivery. While she was visiting at the NICU or resting at home, I set everything up, shopped for things she still needed, and organized all the baby things. When Scout came home, all they had to think about was caring and loving on him. 

The Petrone family was chosen as the ambassador family for the Middle Tennessee March of Dimes! March of Dimes fund critical research, education, and advocacy to support families like the Petrones and to improve outcomes for babies born too soon. Their team, “Scout's Squad”, will be walking in the physical March of Dimes walk on April 11th, and they're also raising money to support this awesome organization in honor of Scout so that other moms and babies get the help and support that they need.

BUT WAIT, there's one more piece to this!! I am creating this sub-team to raise money as a Little Nesting Co Team to not only support our fellow mama & friend, but also to giveback to another NICU mama who I can help get their home ready for a NICU baby coming home! I will match the total amount of money raised as the Little Nesting Co Team, and that total will go towards paying for their nesting project!
