I joined the movement to create positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk. As many of you know the NICU is not only my career, but my passion. NICU babies are incredibly strong and always have a fighting spirit. I see so many families ride that emotional rollercoaster so gracefully and I am fortunate to have the opportunity to walk along side them and be a source of help wherever I can. I am blessed to have found such an amazing career in the NICU and look forward to watching our NICU continue to grow.
