Why I walk

The El-Yafi's now live in Houston and joined the local March of Dimes fundraising campaign...This is our 22nd consecutive walk for the MOD and the 12th in Houston (we've walked in NYC, Dallas, Singapore and now Houston!). Since we started this 20 years ago, we raised over $75,000 and last year we raised close to $5000. We are committing to our lifelong promise of walking/fundraising for the March of Dimes every year as it's important for us. The March of Dimes invests in research to help prevent prematurity and birth defects. While it a US based charity, the organization has had a global impact.
