Why I walk

We are walking as a team to remember baby Oliver "Sprout" Mossman, who died too soon. At around 17 weeks gestation Oliver was diagnosed with Bilateral Renal Agenesis Syndrome, both of his kidneys never developed. The doctors determined that his body would not be "compatible with life." He was delivered into this world and passed away on December 6, 2011 at 20 weeks. His memory will always remain with us. We also are walking to support all the other future "Sprouts" in hopes that anyone who desires can be blessed with a healthy child or children. Please help in supporting this cause and our family by simply joining us for the walk and/or donating. Thank you!

When it comes to giving families the best possible start, we all have the power to help.

March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.

March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.

Thank you for your support!
