Meeting a baby for the first time should be a wonderful experience for every parent. But unfortunately, not all pregnancies go as planned. And not all babies get to go home on time or at all. That’s why I’m thrilled to serve as the 2019 Miami March for Babies Chair for the March of Dimes. We will join more than 6 million people in 450 communities nationwide who gather at this fun-filled event each year. And the money we raise funds research and programs that save babies’ lives and offers comfort and information to families with a baby in newborn intensive care. As Chair, I have made a commitment to exceed the event goal of $1,250,000. For this year’s March for Babies event, held on Saturday, April 27, 2019, we have committed to raise $50,000. To reach that goal, we need team captains and employees to take part as fundraisers. With your support, I know we can do it.
