won't be displayed on the leaderboard. Leaderboard totals reflect cash and checks marked "received" on the online sponsor form as well as credit card and PayPal donations. Team
captains can enter as cash and mark "received" any money raised through promotions, such as bake sales and casual days and any sponsorship money paid to the March of Dimes,
on their team's online form. Record all donations on your online sponsor form before you turn in cash and checks to the March of Dimes!

Brynn and Harper Two Fighting Chances
Brynn and Harper Two Fighting Chances
Happy First Birthday! The celebration and smash cakes are set to go, but the journey was anything but normal for these two little girls. One year ago Brynn and Harper came into this world four months early, weighing only 1.6 pounds each.
“We were planning for a couple of spring babies with a mid-May due date,” said Matt Gray, the girls’ father. But nothing could have prepared Matt and Kaitlyn for their twin girls’ early arrival on January 28, 2016.
“It’s surreal looking back on it,” said Kaitlyn. “Brynn had to be resuscitated and they were whisked away before we could even say ‘hello’. It was devastating to see all the tubes and wires coming out of their little bodies.” Like so many parents, the birth of their twin daughters, too soon, was never expected and to this day, there are no answers for their premature birth.
With premature birth the #1 killer of babies, Brynn and Harper beat the odds. “I think it’s incredible that with all the advanced medical technology we have today, no one knows what triggers a woman to go into labor,” said Kaitlyn. “I think if that answer was known, my girls might not have been born early and gone through the 100-plus days in the NICU with all the ups and downs along the way.”
In fact, March of Dimes is the only organization looking at the issue of prematurity, and has launched a network of innovative research facilities to foster a new model of inquiry and collaboration. As the largest infant public health threat facing our country today, the answers to premature birth can’t arrive a moment too soon.
