This year, March for Babies: A Mother of a Movement™ is more than just a walk, it’s your entry into making a visible difference in your community now and for generations to come.

By participating in March for Babies, you’re lifting up communities for health equity, opening the door for all moms to have access to care and protecting the health of families by pushing for their rights. It’s no small feat—it’s a mother of a movement!
Start or join an existing team today, create an online fundraising page and let everyone know that you’re helping to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.

Nearly 4 million babies are born in the U.S. every year, and each one needs us. The money you raise will be a lifeline for moms and babies near you and across the country. Join over 1,000 people at the Los Angeles walk in support of moms at every stage from preconception to post-delivery with research, programs and education—and it all comes together with a celebration at March for Babies on Saturday, May 18, 2024.

Sona and Natalie Aslanian

Hi! I am Sona Aslanian and our daughter Natalie was born at 25 weeks and 2 days, weighing in at only d 1 lb and 10 oz. Greg and I were extremely terrified, having had a prior loss after 21 weeks. After a successful, but very scary delivery, Natalie was whisked away to the Cedars Sinai NICU. Natalie spent 92 days in the NICU and while there, was intubated, and had a heart PDA procedure where a device had to be placed. Unfortunately she faced several infections and many infusions during her stay, but came out of the NICU after 3 months, kicking and screaming and ready to take on the world. Natalie has since been thriving and just recently started preschool. We are just so incredibly grateful to all who supported us and cared for our little girl. I am excited to pay it forward and offer my support any way I can to families who are in similar situations.
