My grandson, Emmett, was born at only 26 weeks gestation, and spent the first 3 months in the NICU. We will be celebrating his 3rd birthday in May, and I'm pleased to say he is doing well and catching up to all the milestones of a typical 3 year old. I will be joining my daughter on Team Super Emmett in the "March for Babies" on May 4th to raise awareness and funds to enable March of Dimes to support research, lead programs and provide education.
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
