It is astonishing when you realize how many people are impacted or know someone who went through a very difficult, or even life threatening situation related to pregnancy. Every year in Pennsylvania 1 in 10 babies are born prematurely or with birth defects. This year, the march will be in-person on Sunday, April 12th at 10AM at Highmark Stadium Station Square. The funds we raise enable March of Dimes to support research, lead programs and provide education and advocacy that truly makes a difference to families in our community and across the country.
