Our team, Destiny the Warrior is part of the movement to create positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk.
Destiny was born at 25 weeks and 4 days at the Virginia Hosptial Center (VHC) on November 15, 2021. She was hospitalized in the NICU for 124 days (over 4 months). She is now almost 3 and 1/2 years old and is the joy of her parents, family and friends' lives. Destiny loves to sing, dance, attend and listen to Storytimes, counting and learning the alphabets. Absolutely loves to play outdoors and is the most loving but spicy baby girl you have ever met. Destiny has endured so much in her short time already, constantly beating the odds. We love her so much and in honor wish for you to support us on this March for Babies because not enough attention to preterm and maternal health is not taken seriously enough. Our journey isn't the only one and we want to continue to share the awareness with the World.
