Our team, Children's Wisconsin - HOPE & DREAM Team is part of the movement to create positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk. We are a team of healthcare professionals (and family and friends!) who love our work in High-Risk Infant Follow-Up. Together, we support the health, growth, and development of Wisconsin's most vulnerable babies and young children!
