March of Dimes leads the fight for the health of all moms and babies. The funds raised will support research, programs, education, training, and advocacy needed to give all babies the best possible start. Premature births are the #1 killer of babies in the United States. Those who survive can face a lifetime of serious health problems. This problem is too important to ignore.
