Delivering a baby premature is stressful for all involved, especially when it’s done at a hospital you’ve never been to before… MicRo was delivered at 32 weeks at a new facility to us because of a snowstorm, and then spent over 5 weeks in the NICU getting stronger and ready to come home.
Throughout our time, March of Dimes was an invaluable resource to us. They provided us tons of information about the NICU, delivered educational classes, hosted events on the floor to connect NICU parents, and celebrated every milestone with progress bracelets.
Because of the major impact March of Dimes has had on our family, we’re walking and raising money to show our support back - we hope you’ll consider donating or joining the walk if you’re able!
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
