March for Babies is the March of Dimes’ largest national fundraising and awareness event. It is a community walk held in thousands of locations across the United States each year and brings together families, friends, coworkers, and organizations to support maternal and infant health.
Funds raised through March for Babies support research, education, advocacy, and direct programs that aim to prevent preterm birth, birth defects, and infant mortality. Participants can join in person or virtually, form teams, and fundraise to help ensure every mom and baby has the best possible start. The event also serves to raise public awareness about the maternal and infant health crisis in the U.S.
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
