Our team, Team Weidman 2026, is part of the movement to create positive change for moms and babies everywhere. We are supporting the March for Babies with our daughters Jill and Rachel, who were born prematurely at just 28 weeks. Jill weighed 1 lb, 14 oz and Rachel weighed 2 lb, 3 oz, spending 71 days in the Mount Sinai NICU. Today our girls are doing great and are happy, healthy, fun loving 11 year olds.
