March of Dimes is a cause that is near and dear to our hearts.
Our daughter Sofia was born unexpectedly at 32 weeks. After a brief NICU stay at Swedish Covenant she was able to come home and now is turning eight. Our son Benjamin was born at 29 weeks and spent two months at the NICU at Edwards Hospital and he is now a thriving six year old. We have and continue to benefit from the wonderful work that March of Dimes does and for that we are forever grateful to them.
We have decided to participate in this year's walk in celebration of our preemies!
Our team, Sofia & Ben, is part of the movement to create positive change for parents and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk.
With preterm birth and maternal death rates continuing to rise, we’re committed to raising funds so that every family gets the best possible start. And you can help us.
