Our sweet Rori came into this world stronger than we ever imagined, but much earlier than we expected. Our journey into parenthood didn’t start the way we pictured. It started with monitors, NICU stays, and learning how to be parents in a world full of uncertainty.
Those early days were filled with fear, but also with incredible strength—hers and the community around us. We watched our tiny girl fight, grow, and overcome more than most people ever have to face. And through it all, we were never alone.
That’s why we’re walking.
We created “Rori and Friends” to honor Aurora’s journey and to support other families who find themselves in the NICU, navigating the same unknowns we once did. March of Dimes helps fund research, support families, and fight for healthier pregnancies and babies—and that mission is now deeply personal to us.
