Witnessing the birth of my grandson changed my life. Baby Lucas was born prematurely and weighed only 13 ounces. The strength that he shows is truly amazing. Everyday that he pushes through is a milestone. The care that he has received throughout the Kapiolani Medical staff has been incredible. The March Of Dimes has been an important team for my grandson and my daughter in law. They have been a great sense of support, care, and understanding to be by the side of so many families during difficult moments.
