As many of you know, our son James was born unexpectedly at 33 weeks. He spent 21 days in the NICU, where he grew strong so that he could come home. From the moment that we first set foot in the NICU, an unknown and seemingly scary place, we immediately felt support from March of Dimes.
Our time in the NICU fades deeper into our memories as the years pass, but the kindness that we received from March of Dimes will remain in our hearts and minds forever. James is now a healthy and thriving 3 year who who loves trains, Captain America, and his brothers. It is not lost on us how fortunate we are that James' birth story had a happy ending, while so many others do not.
We hope that all babies (and their families) can get the best possible start in life like James did, so we have created a team to walk in the annual March of Babies in Greenville later this month. They are celebrating 25 years, and we would be so grateful if you would consider giving $25 (or more!) to support moms and babies when they need it the most!
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
