About March for Babies

We thank you sincerely for your donation and hope to see you at our Corpus Christi Community March for Babies walk on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024. Registration will begin at 7:15am ($10 registration fee for those that haven't purchased a t-shirt through the Driscoll NICU team) and the walk begins at 8:00am. Walk will start at the Shoreline basketball court/ McCaughan Park 402 S. Shoreline Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78401

Every day, thousands of babies are born too soon, too small and often very sick. In our NICU at Driscoll Children's Hospital, we get the rare chance to see miracles in action every day; like helping a mom hold her baby for the first time, having a baby get off the ventilator, or even take their first bottle! We love celebrating these and all NICU milestones with our families. March of Dimes is helping to make sure more miracles are happening every day through research, education and policy initiatives. By donating to March of Dimes, you are helping to extend these miracles outside of our NICU, outside of Corpus Christi, and even the United States. The research and education that March of Dimes funds, helps keeps babies strong and healthy across the country and around the world!

March for Babies brings people together through events across the country and online while raising critical funds to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a yearly walk, March for Babies is a community. Families, friends, and co-workers can connect while raising critical funds for research, education, advocacy, and programs and services so moms and babies get the best possible start. Because together, each step forward leads to a healthy future for us all. March for Babies. Every step counts!
