Our March for Babies celebration is still on, but it looks a little different! We are rapidly preparing for a new, virtualized event that will be fun and engaging for everyone. This change in format aligns with the newly released CDC guidance for large events, to help ensure the safety and health of our participants. More details on our new format to come soon!

Join us in Greenville, NC at Town Commons on Saturday, November 4, 2017 to celebrate our March for Babies Walk for eastern North Carolina. 2017 Ambassador Cameron McLawhorn

Our 2017 ambassador family are Jason and Melissa McLawhorn and 8 year old Cameron. Cameron was born at 29 weeks, at 3 lbs, 3 oz. He spent 60 days in the NICU, was on a respirator for 24 hours and took surfactant. When he was able to go home he still had to be on a heart monitor and continued to be for 6 months. In September 2011, at age 2 Cameron was diagnosed with leukemia so had to undergo treatment. His treatment ended in December 2015 and he has been symptom free since. We are so proud to welcome the McLawhorn family to our March for Babies family.
