This is our 7th year participating in the March for Babies. Because of COVID-19, it will be a virtual walk instead of in person. While this is disappointing, we are grateful to be healthy and safe at home.
On April 20, 2012, our twins were born prematurely at just 25 weeks. Our son Julian earned his angel's wings and our daughter Chloe had a long stint in the Morristown Medical's NICU. We were blessed to meet so many incredible nurses, doctors and staff. We are forever grateful for their loving care. After 119 days in the NICU, Chloe came home to us and she has thrived.
This year, Chloe is in her first year at Mountain Park School and has enjoyed meeting new friends in her neighborhood. Because of COVID-19, she has been learning remotely with the help of her new teacher, Lili/mommy. This week, she loved taking a Roblox course which is teaching her how to program her own game.
Every day, thousands of babies are born too soon, too small and often very sick. We're walking in March for Babies because we want to do something about this. And we need your help. In honor of Chloe and Julian, please support our walk. Chris is honored to serve on the Executive Leadership Team of the walk.
Making a secure donation is easy: just click the 'donate now' button on this page. Thank you for helping me give all babies a healthy start! Thanks for all your love and support!
Love, Chloe, Lili and Chris (and Coco the dog)
Two babies die every hour in the U.S. And about every 12 hours a woman dies as a result of complications from pregnancy.
It's not fine. That's why we March for Babies.
We march to end maternal death. We march for babies born too soon. We march for babies we have lost. We march for moms-to-be. And we march for health equity.
Join the fight for healthy moms and strong babies, and make a difference for families everywhere!
