Before I was born, my mom gave birth to twin girls, Chloe Hope and Isabelle Frances. Unfortunately, Chloe and Isabelle were born at only 26 weeks, over 3 months too early. My mom and dad always tell me the day they were born was the scariest day of their lives. Because Chloe and Isabelle were born so early, they suffered many health complications in the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit). Chloe only lived for 3 days and Isabelle fought for 5 weeks in the hospital before her little 1 1/2 pound body couldn’t take it anymore. My mom and dad held both girls in their arms as they took their last breath.
My parents were brave enough to have more children and I was born a little over one year later. My middle name, Faith comes from my parents having ‘faith’ after experiencing the loss of their baby girls. I also have a 10-year old brother, Julian :)
In 2007, my family formed Team Levine in memory of Chloe and Isabelle and have been dedicated to supporting the March of Dimes for the past 13 years. I have been walking in the March for Babies alongside my amazing friends and family for the past 12 years. It’s one of my favorite days of the year! The March of Dimes does so many wonderful things to keep moms and babies healthy (especially now with COVID-19), so I think raising awareness and money for this cause is a perfect way to honor Chloe & Isabelle’s memory.
I know it’s a difficult year but If you are able to donate just a small amount in this great time of need, I would really appreciate it.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, there will not be a March for Babies walk this year so I will miss you all but we will be celebrating virtually on May 15th (more details to come)!
Here’s how your support will help right now:
1) Funding research for COVID-19 treatments that are safe for pregnant & lactating moms
2) Developing educational materials for moms-to-be & families about what they should know to protect themselves
3) Providing resources and training for doctors and nurses in local NICU’s
4) Providing meals for our medical heroes, the doctors and nurses, on the front line of this pandemic in NICUs across the country
Every dollar counts right now. Thank you for your generosity and support!

Two babies die every hour in the U.S. And about every 12 hours a woman dies as a result of complications from pregnancy.
It's not fine. That's why we March for Babies.
We march to end maternal death. We march for babies born too soon. We march for babies we have lost. We march for moms-to-be. And we march for health equity.
Join the fight for healthy moms and strong babies, and make a difference for families everywhere!
