We were about 5 months pregnant when we found out that our son Gabriel had a fatal chromosomal issue called Trisomy 13. He passed on February 13, 2012 and he was born without taking a breath on February 15th. I can't express to you how difficult it was to lose our son. The grief was crushing. March of Dimes was there to support us during that time. We raise money so that March of Dimes will be there to support other families on the worst days of their lives and so that March of Dimes research can help prevent these days from happening. March of Dimes works to make sure that all pregnancies result in healthy babies and that is why all babies are March of Dimes babies. Please join us in supporting this important cause for all healthy babies, for my angel Gabriel and for all the other tiny angels. We are the 2016 March for Babies Ambassador team, which means we are featured in the walk and will be the team starting the walk. Please support us via donation if possible, but also please join us at the walk itself in support of all of the tiny angels and tiny survivors.
With preterm birth rates continuing to rise, the U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for women and babies of color.
At March for Babies™ you're lifting up communities, creating connections and taking action to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.
Together, we’re marching to raise funds and awareness to transform the health of all families!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
